which one is the best for small business S-corporate,LLC or LLP?
I want to open HVAC small service company. I am confused which type of company structure will be good for me.
I want to open myself, no partnership.
For begining, I don't want to quit my job.
Could you please for the best fit structure for me.

~~You may want to file as just a sole proprietor. It is the easiest one and you do not pay any corporate taxes. You can change entities when ever you decide it would benefit you.
