Why are Black Americans the face of welfare and Affirmative Action in the U.S.A?

-When White women benefit the most from AA
-Given the history of Whites versus Blacks in the U.S. NO Whites should be on welfare, but a lot are
-Politics and culture, as late as 40 years ago, played a large part in isolating them within the innercities, and then flooding them with drugs and guns
-Given the history of Blacks in the U.S. it;s a wonder a lot of them are still present today, albeit a lower quality if life
-Whites in Trailer Parks are 100 times LAZIER than any Black in the ghetto, because if the White puts in the same amount he could be a complete moron, like Bush, and become president--if a Black does the same, they just barely make it out alive
