how much does it cost to service a gas heater/Central Air unit on average?
i'm moving into a new condo and just want an idea of the cost without having to get an in home estimate. The seller agreed to pay the cost for the servicing, so I'd like a ballpark figure to work with.
Depends on area. Prices could range severely. Call many heating and cooling contractors for price estimates. I have a Heating and cooling biz in central mo and charge 55/hr. Other here charge up to 90/hr.
